Fred Hill
Coach
Freddie has spent over 25 years as an accomplished coach in college basketball, being an assistant and head coach in the BIG EAST and BIG 10. With stints at places like Villanova, Seton Hall, Northwestern, Marquette, and Rutgers, he has coached many high level players and helped guide them in the right direction. With his strong New Jersey roots, he continues to coach/mentor at Compass Basketball Academy located in NJ.
Matt Farrell
Coach
Matt was a former standout guard at Notre Dame from 2014-2018. . After college, he spent 4 years playing professionally in the NBA G-League and Europe. Matt recently participated in the NBA CDP (Coaching Development Program) and works for his family’s business & a sports focused investment firm.
Rich Dalatri
Coach
Rich spent over 20 years in the NBA as an assistant coach / player development coach. Including a long tenure with the New Jersey Nets and 30 years in professional basketball in total across the NBA and Europe. He had stints abroad all over Europe, one being with the Italian National team. Rich spent time in Italy, Croatia, Ukraine, and many more. He currently is back home in New Jersey where he trains/coaches and mentors young athletes.
