Fred Hill
General Manager
Freddie has spent over 25 years as an accomplished coach in college basketball, being an assistant and head coach in the BIG EAST and BIG 10. With stints at places like Villanova, Seton Hall, Northwestern, Marquette, and Rutgers, he has coached many high level players and helped guide them in the right direction. With his strong New Jersey roots, he continues to coach/mentor at Compass Basketball Academy located in NJ.
Matt Farrell
Head Coach
Matt was a former standout at Notre Dame from 2014-2018. Accolades include being All-ACC, 1,000 point scorer, and the Maui Invitational MVP. After college, he spent two years in the NBA G-League and two years in Europe (Turkey, Israel, and Germany). Matt currently participates in the NBA CDP (Coaching Development Program) and works for his families business.
Rich Dalatri
Assistant Coach
Rich spent over 20 years in the NBA as an assistant coach / player development coach. Including a long tenure with the New Jersey Nets and 30 years in professional basketball in total across the NBA and Europe. He had stints abroad all over Europe, one being with the Italian National team. Rich spent time in Italy, Croatia, Ukraine, and many more. He currently is back home in New Jersey where he trains/coaches and mentors young athletes.
Mark Taylor
Assistant Coach
Mark has over 500 career wins as a head coach, and has coached many NBA/Euroleague players. He currently is in his 12th year at St. Benedicts Prep, a national powerhouse in Newark, NJ. Notable players he has coached, include Andrew Bynum, Jay Williams, Tyler Ennis, Isiah Briscoe, and many more. Mark will be inducted in the New Jersey Basketball Hall of Fame, and he currently resides in NJ with his family.
